ABOUT OUR COMPANY

At FXP, we combine our engineering and design background with our installation experience to evaluate the design of the projects and, if necessary, implement measures to provide the most economical or feasible systems while keeping the intent of the design.

Due to our extensive design experience, we are able to offer true design/build services, from the initial planning stages involving design development phases, to the preparation of construction documents, and the installation of the systems. This results in significant time savings and avoids the common redesign efforts and associated delays, caused by projects exceeding established budgets or not directly addressing all the deficiencies present in a particular system.

We also focus on bidding competitively and responsibly on approved construction documents. Our record on United States government projects, as well as other private sector jobs, shows successful start-ups, dependable on time-completion, and smooth operation of A/C systems. 

We place special emphasis on safety, even exceeding normal standards, as proven by the Celebrate Safety Award received from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile, Alabama district. We are certified minority and small business contractors, including MDCPS SBE and Miami-Dade County’s SBE.
